<p>　冷蔵庫に常備しているピザソースが残り少なくなっていたため、今回はピザソース作りからスタート。まずはオリーブオイルで生ニンニクのみじん切りを炒めていきます。</p>

<p>ニンニクの香りが出てきたらトマト缶を入れ、塩を小さじ２杯程度入れて煮詰めて完成。いろんな調味料や具材・ハーブを入れる作り方もありますが、シンプルなトマトソースも美味しいです。<br />

<h4>餃子の皮でピザ作り</h4>
<p>いよいよ餃子の皮ピザ作りに入ります。熱したフライパンにオリーブオイルを塗り、餃子の皮を敷き詰めていきます。具材がこぼれないよう少し重ねて敷くだけでOK。今回はおつまみピザなので写真のように1枚のピザにつき餃子の皮5枚で作りましたが、<strong>補強＆拡張するように更に餃子の皮を使うと、より生地に厚みが出てクリスピー生地のような食感になります。</strong></p>

<p>今回は薄い一層の餃子の皮で作ったので、補強の意味合いを込めて餃子の皮の上にまずとろけるチーズを散りばめ、その上にトマトソースを重ねてみました。<br />

<p>トマトソースを全体に塗ったらいよいよトッピング。お好みの具材を乗せ、最後にチーズをまぶしてあとは焼くだけ。<br />

<p>それと、ピザを食べる際はピザ用のトレー（ピール）とカッターがあると便利ですよ。</p>

<p>これに合わせるのは、エノテカで購入した南仏の赤ワイン「DOMAINE DE VILLEMAJOU CORBIERES BOUTENAC（ドメーヌ・ド・ヴィルマジュー・コルビエール・ブートナック） 2018年」。</p>

<p>エノテカさんによると「南仏の代表的なブドウ品種カリニャン、シラー、グルナッシュ、ムールヴェードルの4品種をブレンドして造られる彼らの代表キュヴェ。バランスが良く、素直に美味しいと思える味わい。エールフランスで機内ワインとして採用されるなど、世界で高い評価を受けるコストパフォーマンス抜群の赤ワインです。」とのこと。</p>

<p>色合いは濃いガーネット色なんですが、光に透かすと綺麗な赤色。カリニャンやグルナッシュ、シラー、ムールヴェードルといったワインがブレンドされていて、カリニャンはよく分りませんが、グルナッシュの、ボルドーやブルゴーニュといったワインとは違う複雑な香りが鼻腔をくすぐります。</p>
<p>口に含むと優しい味わいで酸味は少なめで、とにかく芳醇な味わいで飲みやすかったです。まだ色々なワインを楽しみたいところですが、これはまた買ってもいいと思えるワインでした。</p>
<p>これが６本入りのエノテカ・2021年福袋の最初の１本目。残る5本を飲むのも楽しみです。</p>
